Account Registration and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username, password and OTP — confidential. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Payment Methods
999bet games currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's main mobile wallet services. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Every transaction must be made from an account registered in your own name.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 (one) hour, though additional review may be required if account verification is in progress or unusual activity is suspected.
3.3 Transaction Ownership
All funds deposited into your account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from third parties are not accepted. If such a transaction is identified, it will be cancelled and we will attempt to return the funds to the sender.
3.4 Erroneous Transactions
If excess funds are credited to an account due to a technical error or incorrect information, 999bet games reserves the right to correct that amount. If a user deliberately spends funds that were credited by mistake, the user is responsible for repaying that amount.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 (twenty) times the total bonus amount must be met — meaning in this example ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.
4.2 Other Promotional Offers
Weekly deposit festival, 999bet games slots bonus, cricket season rewards, birthday special gift and refer-a-friend bonus — each offer has its own terms and applies separately. The eligibility, wagering requirements and validity period for each offer are stated in the relevant announcement.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one offer is still active, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Bonuses are for use in your own account only — transferring or sharing them with others is not allowed.
- Withdrawing your cash balance before wagering is complete will cancel any active bonus.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the offer may be cancelled and the account suspended.
4.4 VIP Cashback
VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. The maximum rates are: 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a given week is ৳20,000, the maximum cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Finality of Bets
A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not properly recorded due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
5.2 Incorrect Odds or Payouts
999bet games reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect or that result in abnormal payouts due to a technical error. In such cases the original stake will be returned to the relevant account.
5.3 Fraud and Misconduct
Using bots, arbitraging through multiple accounts, abusing bonuses or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, the account will be permanently closed, related winnings will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.
5.4 Event Cancellation or Postponement
If a sporting event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the 999bet games operating rules on stake refunds will apply. For live betting, bets already settled at the time of any announcement will generally remain valid.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

Contract Termination and Suspension
